Eligibility for Refund & Exchange

You can request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
✔ The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✔ The item must be undamaged and in resellable condition.
✔ The request is made within 14 days of delivery.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product.
  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit (as per customer preference).
  • Shipping charges (PKR 149) are non-refundable.
  • Refund processing may take 5-7 business days after approval.

Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • In case of an exchange for personal preference (wrong item ordered, etc.), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

❌ Items not in their original condition.
❌ Products purchased on sale or with a discount.
