At Quench Glow, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day refund and exchange policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Eligibility for Refund & Exchange
You can request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
✔ The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✔ The item must be undamaged and in resellable condition.
✔ The request is made within 14 days of delivery.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product.
- Refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit (as per customer preference).
- Shipping charges (PKR 149) are non-refundable.
- Refund processing may take 5-7 business days after approval.
Exchange Policy
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- In case of an exchange for personal preference (wrong item ordered, etc.), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange

- Attach clear pictures of the product if it is damaged or incorrect.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
❌ Opened or used skincare products.
❌ Items not in their original condition.
❌ Products purchased on sale or with a discount.
