Yes! We guarantee 100% authentic Korean skincare products. We source directly from reputable manufacturers and distributors.

3. How do I place an order?

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept:
✔ Cash on Delivery (COD)
✔ Bank Transfer

5. How long does delivery take?

  • Order Processing: 2-3 business days
  • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days across Pakistan
  • Shipping Charges: Flat PKR 149

6. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number via WhatsApp or email so you can track your package.

7. What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 14-day refund and exchange policy. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify. Refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit.

8. Can I return an opened product?

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

9. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 24 hours with clear pictures. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
